Dig Into Secrets Power & Training

Power is the player. The pickaxe is just the animation that spends it.

Training

Training is the player-stat page for Dig Into Secrets. The official description lists Train to get stronger before mining, selling, pets, or rebirth. This page explains the Power number you are raising. The click-by-click version is how to train. Rankings of whether to train now sit on the progression tier list.

The Power stat

Power is a threshold and a rate. Threshold: can this block break. Rate: how fast it dies. Pets multiply it. Rebirths multiply the account that trains it. Codes like POWERBUFF may multiply it for a timer. None of those replace the pad.

If two miners swing at the same layer and only one breaks it, the difference is Power (and pets), not “luck” and not a better YouTube click.

The pad

Training happens at a dedicated object near spawn — pad, dummy, gym, clicker. Use it. Hitting bedrock is not training. Hitting other players is not training. Hitting the Alien wall on 10 Power is not training.

On public servers the pad is contested. Take a private mining server.

Multipliers that feed Power

  • Pets with Power % — pets
  • Rebirth multipliers — how to rebirth
  • POWERBUFF and future potions — codes
  • Gamepasses, if you ever buy them after you understand the free loop

Stack them during a training block, then go test a shaft. A multiplier you never test is a HUD sticker.

Depth as a Power check

The 1000 m thumbnail is a Power fantasy. Each band of color is a check. Fail the check, leave. Pass the check, farm. The loot page cares about what pops; this page cares about whether you were allowed to swing.

Alien geometry is just another check. The Alien Area is not a substitute gym.

Training and rebirth

After a reset, Power drops and the multiplier remains (typical). Your job is to reclear the early checks faster than life one. If you cannot, the rebirth was early or the pet loadout changed. Compare with the rebirth planner.

Training and scripts

Auto mine will not raise Power if the script only swings at dirt. Some hubs add auto-train. They also add ban risk. The legal pad is still the pad.

Practical targets (session-based, not fake numbers)

We will not invent “you need 12,500 Power for layer 4”. We will say: pick a layer, time a minute, if blocks live too long, return here. Write your own number in a note. That number is your real wiki.

When +1 Lucky Mine publishes requirements, they will land in patch notes and then here.

Train until the pickaxe is honest. Then mine.

A one-minute Power test

Stand on a known layer, swing for sixty seconds, and count breaks. If the count is embarrassing, this page just told you to leave the hole. If the count is fine, go sell and hatch instead of living on the pad. Write the number in a note so the next session has a baseline. After a rebirth the same test should climb faster because pets and the multiplier are doing work. If it does not, you unequipped S-tier or reset too early. Recheck the pets tier list and the rebirth planner before you blame the pad.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Dig Into Secrets miners.

What does Power do in Dig Into Secrets?

It decides if a block breaks and how fast. Raise it with training.

Where do I train?

The tutorial pad near spawn. Prefer a private server.

Does POWERBUFF affect Power?

The name says yes. Redeem it from the codes hub and train while it lasts.

Is the Alien Area a training zone?
